We’re excited to introduce the newest addition to the Outdoor Lab Foundation team!
Meet Ana, our new AmeriCorps Member! She joins us with a passion for environmental education and a strong background in research, public health, and community outreach. In her new role, Ana will focus on strengthening Outdoor Lab’s evening programs, creating enriching experiences that keep the learning, and the adventure, going long after the daytime activities wrap up. Ana's yearlong term of service would not be possible without support from the Colorado Alliance for Environmental Education's eeCorps Program and AmeriCorps.
Ana recently earned her Master’s in Environmental Health Science and Policy from George Washington University after completing her Bachelor of Science in Public Health. She’s excited to bring her experience and enthusiasm for environmental education to Outdoor Lab and inspire students to better understand the world around them. And she’s no stranger to outdoor adventure herself! When she isn’t working, Ana loves hiking, climbing, and reading. Pictured below, she’s hiking the Tour du Mont Blanc (TMB) in Europe—just one of the many adventures that's fueled her love of the outdoors! |
Please help us give Ana a warm Outdoor Lab welcome. We’re thrilled to have her on the trail with us! |
