Winners of the Lab Card Enrollment Challenge Announced!

The Outdoor Lab Foundation is delighted to announce that five incredible schools have each been awarded a $1,000 grant from the Foundation for being leaders in our Lab Card Enrollment Challenge. This achievement is a testament to the dedication and enthusiasm of their students, parents, and community for Outdoor Lab!

Please join us in congratulating the following schools on their accomplishment:

  • Ken Caryl Middle School
  • Lasley Elementary School
  • Oberon Middle School
  • Pomona Jr./Sr. High School
  • Wayne Carle Middle School

These five schools have actively grown the number of families participating in the Lab Card Program. Their efforts benefit their individual students, the school, and also contribute to the continued enhancement and management of our world-class Outdoor Lab campuses.

What Are Lab Cards?

The Outdoor Lab Foundation's Lab Card Program enables families and community members to fundraise for Outdoor Lab from normal grocery shopping at King Soopers and/or Safeway. These funds can offset (or eliminate) the tuition fee for Jeffco sixth-graders attending Outdoor Lab. The program also supports the Foundation's general initiatives including tuition assistance for under-resourced students, maintenance on our mountain campuses, and much more.

Thank you to everyone who has participated in the Lab Card Program. Together, we can ensure that every student growing up in Jeffco gets to have a welcoming, positive, and impactful time at Outdoor Lab.
