This valuable community asset has enhanced the quality of life for generations of Jeffco youth and has been a moment of joy for thousands who still reflect fondly about their time at Mount Evans or Windy Peak. You are ensuring more Jeffco youth get the opportunity to engage in meaningful outdoor experiences at a formative age in their development. Your involvement is essential because it allows us to plan confidently and build a sustainable and impactful program year over year. Apply for a High School Leader Scholarship Today!  

The high school leader scholarship application is now open! The Outdoor Lab Foundation will be awarding three $2,000 scholarships to students that participated as an intern or high school leader within the last three years. Visit this page to view a full list of guidelines and details. The deadline for applications is March 18th and winners will be announced in late April. Help spread the word or apply today!

New Faces and Changes to the Foundation's 

Board of Directors 

Kim Gieseler (l) and Kristen Meier (r) are the Foundation's

new Chair and Vice Chair, respectively. 

The Foundation is pleased to announce the arrival of three new board members since November – Jason Dewar, Doug Hanisch, and Emily Cranford. We are excited to have them join our team and look forward to what they bring to the organization in the years ahead. Moreover, the Foundation's Board of Directors welcomes the promotion of Kim Gieseler to Chair and Kristen Meier to Vice Chair to begin the New Year.
