Donations and Donations for Gifts
All donations are due upon receipt to the Outdoor Lab Foundation. If a donation is not received or payment method is declined, the donor forfeits any gifts received in return for the donation. If no donation is received, no gifts will be shipped.
Shipping Policies
Shipping will be paid for by the donor, unless otherwise stated by the Outdoor Lab Foundation, in the amount agreed upon by the donor at the time of donation. If a donation gift is lost during shipping, the total cost of the gift, including shipping, will be refunded to the donor by the Foundation. If a gift is damaged during shipping, the Outdoor Lab Foundation will not be held responsible.
Refund/Return Policy
The Outdoor Lab Foundation does not offer full refunds. As a charity offering free gifts as a thank you for a donation, we are not set up to handle issues that a retail company is able to handle. Therefore, we are unable to make any cancellations or returns on donations. However, we will make exchanges for different gifts/sizes. Exchanges are granted on a case-by-case basis, and gifts being exchanged cannot be used or worn. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding on this matter.
Cancellation
A donation may be cancelled up until payment has been processed. Once payment has been processed, the donor is responsible for payment.
